🔴 PR Timecard Import REST API and Web Service (Defect 2314460)
When importing timecards via REST or ESB (SOAP) where the costing method was GL (3), Asset (2) or Workshop (5), the analysis field was incorrectly having the PR/DEFCAT cost category suffix appended (e.g. '.L'). This caused a validation error on the GL element. This has now been fixed so that the cost category suffix is only appended for job (cpg-method = 1) timecards.

PR Calculation has been changed to reduce Utah corporate and individual income tax rates from 4.5% to 4.45%, effective May 6, 2026.

🔴 PR Calculation and Prevailing Wage Calculations (Defect 2454429)
When users entered a new prevailing wage calculation using bulk add, the federal taxable detail record was not created for the prevailing wage calculation record. This caused an incorrect payroll calculation for the prevailing wages. This issue has been fixed.

🟡 PR Locality Withholding Calculation (Defect 2199871)
When an employee had a Replacement Per Period Withholding Amount configured for a locality with an annual exemption threshold, the replacement amount was incorrectly applied as a negative value on checks where the gross wages were below the exemption threshold. The replacement withholding amount is now correctly applied as a positive amount regardless of whether the gross wages have reached the locality annual exemption threshold.

Service Order Labor Detail Lines were not generated from Visit Detail Lines when the SE/VEHMISC parameter was not blank and the Required Serviced Asset flag was set in the Type of Work. This has now been fixed.

🟡 PR Costing Workbench (Defect 2218440)
When validating a payroll cost batch, the job period validation could incorrectly report errors for costs that would post successfully. This occurred because the validation was sometimes using a different date to the one used during posting. The validation now uses the same date as posting, which prevents false job period errors from being reported.

🟢 PR SC ER SUTA Wage Export (Defect 2332477)
When an employee had exceeded the ER SUTA Gross limit and also had out-of-state wages, the SUTA wage export for South Carolina was producing '?' characters in the Out of State Wages field. This was caused by a negative out-of-state wages value being formatted with an unsigned numeric mask. The calculation has been corrected so that out-of-state wages cannot fall below zero.

🟢 SY Activity Workbench (Defect 2349555)
Non-root users got an 'Invalid character in numeric input' error when clicking a link in the 'Link' column in the Activity Workbench. This has now been fixed.

🟢 SC Temporary Table (sy_temp) Generation Log Output (Defect 2406106)
To assist in the detection of duplicated Temporary Table (sy_temp) records, prior to the output of Progress error 132, User Debug Logging has been added. We also have preventative code in place, specifically Insurance Sharing Setup, that will remove SC Insurance Types if the sc_instype.scy_type record is a blank value.

🟢 CC Campaign Emails (Defect 2407414)
Standard Text values were not being pulled through when sending emails via a Customer Care campaign mailshot. The tokens (e.g. {co_config.RO_stdText^CustomerCareManager}) were resolving to blank values in campaign-generated emails, although they worked correctly when sending emails directly from a lot. This has now been corrected.

🟢 SE Labor Review and Approval (Defect 2389126)
If a Service Technician Group value had a space, it would disappear from the Service Technician Group named filter after applying. This has now been fixed.

🟢 SY Segregation of Duties (Defect 1846789)
Usability improvements have been made for Segregation of Duties Rules. Concurrent update has been removed due to limits on rows that can be updated - bulk update has been added instead. Descriptions have been removed from column headings to reduce the space taken.
