πŸ”΄ Tax Return Report (Defect 1361618)

In the Tax Return Report, the AP Bad Debt Tax that displayed in the Input Tax reclaimable (Box 4) was incorrectly being added. This has been corrected so that it is now deducted.

🟑 AP Invoice Entry - Costing Distribution Merchandise value validation (Defect 1393994)

Previous validation, ensuring that a Costing Distribution line amount could not be zero for an Intercompany transaction, caused a problem with validating the Merchandise value. This issue was present when adding a distribution line manually or using the Bulk Add. The validation has now been fixed, so that non-zero Merchandise values are correctly validated.

🟑 Employee Self Service - employee info (Defect 1399841)

Sometimes, employee records were not correctly positioned. This has now been fixed.

🟑 Job Move cost and revenue journal (Defect 1300539)

The option to Move Costs and Billing was not performing an inter-company movement from the original company to the new company. A new checkbox has been added to allow for moving journals rather than just copying.

🟑 Validation on Address (Defect 1389066)

Previously, employee address validation was processed under the current selected company. Now, the person's company will define the location.

🟑 SE Service Quotes (Defect 1410835)

The '<file-name> was not found' error was displayed when adding a new service quote record. This has now been fixed.

🟑 SE - Transfer SE Details (Defect 1414839)

An error was occurring when attempting to transfer a supporting tech's time from Service to Payroll. This has been fixed.

🟑 SE > Service Orders (Defect 1418568)

When adding a service order and creating a new customer, the system showed an error that prevented the record from being saved. This has now been fixed.

🟒 PR ACA Processing - ACA Compliance WB (Defect 1359198)

On the ACA Compliance Workbench, for employees with dependents and a spouse on their plan, only the dependents checkbox was checked and not the spouse. This has now been fixed.

🟒 AR Combined Aging Report Service Order Selection (Defect 1372243)

The existing functionality of the Service Order Selection checkbox, when checked, displays the associated Service Order Selection tab and filters. On this tab, the user can see pre-populated values from Field Default Maintenance and also update the filters. A fix has been applied so that if the Service Order Selection checkbox is unchecked, then the filters on the Service Order Selection tab are not applied to the report.

🟒 SE Service Quotes (Defect 1331316)

The Delete validation was not working properly for Service Quote Subsection records. This has now been fixed.

🟒 SE Service Quote Subsections (Defect 1402427)

The Service Quote Subsection update record process was not handled correctly for records with a blank subsection code value. This has now been fixed.

🟒 JS Job Summary Inquiry LIVE (Defect 1270798)

The Receivable Tab showed incorrect values form Company and Status columns. This has been fixed.

Opening the selected project submenu would give the error message "No file-name record is available". This has been fixed.

🟒 Special characters in standard cost types (Defect 1409828)

Special characters are now allowed in standard cost types, providing they do not conflict with the value used by the company separator. When entering a transaction in GL Journal Batch the same validation is applied for the separator.
