A development can have a number of lots. You need to add an address for each lot within a Development. If there are many lots this can be extremely time consuming as you will need to add the lot address individually for each lot. There is a quick add address option within Coins ERP+ which allows you to add an address for multiple lots.

Using the filter option type in the development code or name and click Filter (
).You will need to change the search option to Development Name to search for the development name.
You will need to change the search option to Development to search for the development code.Once you have found the development click on the link to go into the development.
Once you navigated into the development click on the Lots tab.
You will now have a list of all the lots within the development.
Using the check option, add in a tick to all the lots you would like to add the address for.

To select multiple lots hold the Ctrl key and put a ticket on the lots you want to add the address in for.
If you want to select all the lots within the development click on the Show All (
) button. Holding down the Shift key on your keyboard mark a check on the first lot. Scroll down to the last lot and check the last lot. This will select all the lots in-between.
5. Once you have selected the lots you want to add/change the address for, choose Quick Address Add from the action menu and click Apply Action (
) .

6. Under the “Address Details” section type in the address and postcode which will be applied to all the selected lots.
7. Under the “Lot House Number” section, type in the house number for each lot.
8. Click Next (
) to apply the changes.
All the lot addresses have now been changed. You can check by going into the development, clicking on the lot link and checking the lot address.
