The Development Maintenance - Lot Groups tab allows you to maintain the lot groups on this development. Lot groups allow you to group lots together for reporting purposes, for example, to group all the lots in a block of flats together.
Set up lot groups for the development, then indicate which group a lot belongs to using the Lot Group field when updating a lot.
Not all lots need to belong to a group; for example, if you are building houses and blocks of flats on the same development, the house lots might not belong to a group.
Lot Groups are Development specific.
