A Cost / Commitment / Accrual Report displays consolidated information about transactions for Commitments, Accruals, and Actual Costs by Cost Period, Fiscal Period, or Week.

The Cost / Commitment / Accrual Report is found on Job Status > Reports under the Operational Reports submenu, as shown in Menu Option. It is only available when parameter PO/COSTMOVE is set to Y.

Report Selection Screen
Once you select the Cost / Commitment/ Acruals Report from the menu, a selection screen appears with the Main tab displaying, as shown in Report Selection Screen. Except for the Main tab, all other tabs on this selection screen are standard and will not be discussed in this documentation.
