A standard Job Listing Report is available in Coins ERP+ Job Status. It lists all Subsidiary Jobs and their values for each Job selected. Also, the master Job Listing Report allows for a Standard WIP option.

The standard Job Listing Report lists all Subsidiary Jobs and their values for each Job selected.
Menu Option
The standard Job Listing report is found as a menu option in Job Status > Reports > Operational Reports > Standard Reports, as shown in Menu Option.

Main Tab Selection Screen
When you select the Job Listing report option from the menu above, the Main tab report selection screen appears, as shown in Selection Screen. Standard fields found on this selection screen are: Job, Group, Type, Location, Manager, Customer, Active, Complete, and Supervisor. The remaining fields on this screen are described below.

Fiscal Period
The value of this field defaults to the current period.
Recognized Revenue Method
This option is only available if Recognized Revenue Methods are set up in the logged-in company. The lookup options for this field include all Recognized Revenue Methods that have been set up under Job Status > Setup > Setup Maintenance. Sample options are shown in Sample Lookup Options.

Field Set
Select the field set you wish to display on the report. (Field sets are set up in Main Web Menu > Reporting and BI > Field Sets > Report Field Sets.) The following field set options to select from are:
Cash Analysis.
Cost and Revenue Summaries.
Cost Budgets.
Current Budget.
Forecast at Completion.
Initial Budget.
Revenue Budgets.
Standard WIP - this includes all the fields found in the Standard WIP Report (which only exists when CO Parameter COMPLOC is set to USA).
Sort Tab Selection Screen
The Sort tab can be selected from the Job Listing Report selection screen, as shown in Sort Tab.

The following options may be included in the dropdown menu of the Sort By field, depending on parameter settings:
Site Name
This option is only available when JC Parameter SITELOC is set to Y.
Recognized Revenue Method
This option is only available when Recognized Revenue Methods are set up in the logged-in company.
Existing Phase
This option is only available when JC Parameter JPHOFF is not set to Y.
Report Layout
When the Job Listing Report is generated, its layout appears as shown in Report Layout. The body of the Report shows one fixed column labeled Job, as well as fields from the selected Field Set.

Master Job Listing Report
The master Job Listing report is found as a menu option in Job Status > Reports > Master Jobs. Its report selection screen contains a Standard WIP option on the Field Set dropdown menu, as shown in Standard WIP Option.
