Coins ERP+ now allows a job to have additional burden % costs related to the following:
Time spent writing the Purchase Order.
Accepting goods.
Entering and paying an associated invoice.
Checking inventory availability.
Stamps.
Electricity.
Office Space.
Other.
In addition, a burden % is associated with each cost category.
Configuration
The following parameters must be set to Y when using burden % costs for a job, inventory, and workshop:

Two fields, G/L Alloc. Burden account and Burden Cost Type Mask, have been added to each cost category in JC Configuration, as shown below. They only appear on this screen when JC parameter INCBURCT is set to Y.

Job Details
The Job Status > Jobs details screen changes when JC parameter INCBURCT is set to Y in order to allow for the maintenance of additional details related to Burden % and Cost Type Masks for each cost category. The changes, as shown below, are:
The G/L Codes tab name changes to G/L Codes & Burdens.
Allocate Burden % and Burden Cost Type Mask fields are added to the G/L Codes & Burdens screen.

If parameter JC/INCBURCT is set to Y, and Batch Types are PLINV, PLCOST, or PLUNREG, a Calculate Burden field is displayed for a transaction type in Transaction Types Maintenance, as shown in below. It allows you to calculate burden costs for a job.

If JC parameter INCBURCT is set to Y, and Batch Types are SCCERT or SCCANCERT, a Calculate Burden field is displayed for a transaction type in Subcontract Ledger Transaction Types, as shown in below. It allows you to calculate burden costs for a job.
