Figure 1: Add a Crew in Job Status > Crew Maintenance
People can be added to the crew via the Labor Quick Add tab or the Labor tab.
To add from the Labor Quick Add screen, select the appropriate employee(s), select Make Available in Crew from the drop-down on the bottom action bar, and click the arrow to “Apply Action” (Figure 2).
Figure 2: Labor Quick Add Tab in Crew Maintenance
Employees can also be added to crews in the Labor tab (Figure 3).
Click Add at the bottom of the screen (Figure 3).
Enter/select the employee in the Name field (Figure 3).
Optionally, a Start Date and End Date can be entered for crew members (Figure 3).
For example, if Ruth Smith will only be working on this crew for the month of April, her start date can be entered as 04/01/18 and her end date can be entered as 05/01/2018. This means that when daily reports are entered for this crew, she will only populate automatically on the crew during daily report entry in the month of April.
Click the floppy disk in the line to Save (Figure 3).
