DocuSign Setup (under System > Misc Maintenance) allows you to configure the interface with DocuSign.
DocuSign Setup
This consists of the following tabs:
Parameters β This lists the parameters required for integrating Coins ERP+ with DocuSign.
DocuSign Users β This is a browse of the users retrieved from DocuSign that have been matched to a Coins ERP+ user. Only users in this list will be able to generate documents that require signing via DocuSign.
DocuSign Brands β This is a browse of the brands retrieved from DocuSign. The brands determine the logos, colors etc. that are used during the DocuSign signing process and for emails generated from DocuSign. You can retire any of the brands retrieved from DocuSign β for example, to exclude the default brand in DocuSign.
Retrieving Brands and Users from DocuSign
If you update the list of users or the brands in DocuSign, you need to refresh the corresponding lists in Coins ERP+. To do this, run the Fetch DocuSign Setup option from the Options menu in DocuSign Setup.
This runs as a background report and retrieves the list of DocuSign user accounts and brands configured in DocuSign. For each account retrieved from DocuSign, a match will be attempted to a Coins ERP+ user account based on the email address. If a match is found, it creates a DocuSign user record in Coins ERP+. For each brand retrieved, it creates a DocuSign brand record in Coins ERP+.
Requesting Admin User Consent
If you are not managing your users' consent via the organization admin functionality in DocuSign, you need to grant your DocuSign admin account access to the COINS integration you set up in DocuSign. To do this, run the Request Admin User Consent option from the Options menu in DocuSign Setup.
On selecting this option, you are prompted to log in to DocuSign. Note you must log in as the administrator account as defined by the DocuSign parameter ADMINID.
DocuSign Account Log In
After you enter the login details, you are prompted to allow permission for COINS to access the DocuSign administration account.
DocuSign Access Permission
Uploading the DocuSign Private Key
When you set up an integration in DocuSign, DocuSign generates a private key. This is used to encrypt data when generating an access token for the DocuSign API. You need to upload this key into Coins ERP+: run the Upload Private Key option from the Options menu in DocuSign Setup.
