Delivery Ticket WBS Site Inventory Transactions

Overview

Coins ERP+ can use the WBS code from the Delivery Ticket instead of the purchase order to determine if site inventory transactions should be created. This allows you to redirect material to site inventory locations at the time of receipt, even if the purchase order was written to a different WBS.

Setup

  1. Inventory Location:

    • Location Type is Site.

    • Job Number and WBS specified.

  2. Job WBS Setup:

    • Locate WBS.

    • Add Inventory Location to WBS.

System Logic After Configuration

  1. Material received.

  2. Check Delivery Ticket WBS (Not PO WBS).

  3. Is Delivery Ticket WBS a site inventory location?

    1. If yes, create site inventory transaction.

    2. If no, don't create site inventory transaction.
