Batch Entry.
Fiscal Period: The end date of the Fiscal Period that all the transactions in this batch will be posted to. This will be the last day of the month and is used for grouping transactions in reports and inquiries. The batch Fiscal Period will become the GL Batch Fiscal Period once this AP batch is posted.
Transaction Date: The date for transactions in the batch. Coins ERP+ uses the transaction date you enter in the batch header as the default transaction date for all the transactions, but you can choose a different transaction date for individual transactions. This will also be the date that the GL batch posts with if Parameter GL/BATTDATE is set to Y.

Invoice Entry
Invoice Date: The date of the invoice.
Due Date: The date when the invoice is due. Used as an option on reports to age invoices by this date. An option to select check for payment based on this date.
Discount Date: The date any discount must be taken by.
Effective Date: The cost-effective date (the date within a job cost period to which a transaction belongs. Cost periods can be different from Fiscal Periods) of the batch. Cost periods = fiscal period for Reconstruction Experts

Payment Date: Enter the check date. Coins ERP+ enters today's date by default, but you can change this. This will be the date Printed on the check. This will be the date for reconciling the payment in Cash Manager if not using a different payment transfer date.
Payment Transfer Date: The date on which the payment transfer is to be made. Can be different from payment date depending on Parameter setting. The Parameter SC/XFRDATE sets weather or not this field is available for entry.
