The Coins ERP+ Year-end Processing Guide is designed to help you with year-end tasks as they pertain to Coins software products. It pulls together information from many sources: Coins Support Center experts, Coins® and Coins ERP+ manuals, newsletters, and various End of Year communications.

An Important Note Regarding ACA Transmission Services to the IRS

Coins provides our users with the software needed to produce 1095-C Forms and IRS Transmittal Files, should you wish to transmit the data yourself.

If you have not previously obtained the TCC Code, you will need to do one of the following:

  1. contact a Vendor who can provide you with transmission services, or

  2. obtain a TCC Code by following the instructions provided in the “Information About Affordable Care Act Information Returns (AIR) Program” section of the Affordable Care Act Coins ERP+ Year-End Processing Guide, and then submitting the ACA Data files yourself. .

Coins does not serve as a Tax Advisor. If you have any questions or concerns regarding Wage Reporting on W-2s, 1099s, or 1095-Cs, please consult your Tax Advisor for questions relating to these changes or any other questions or concerns about reporting wages and payments on W-2s, 1099s, or 1095-Cs.

Ordering Your Forms

You should order W-2, 1099, and 1095-C forms early (no later than December 1) to ensure delivery and allow time for print testing.

The Coins ERP+ W-2, 1099, and 1095-C print programs are based on the forms provided by National Document Solutions (NDS). Visit www.coinsallsource.com to order your forms or call NDS Customer Service at 844-562-4900. If you do not already have an account with NDS, payment is due with the order. Order your forms early and you will receive a discount.

Please note we strongly recommend using the option to print W-2s on blank forms in Coins ERP+.
