Role-Based Menus

Role-based menus are an alternative to the main Coins ERP+ menus. They typically have a flatter structure with only those menu items that are relevant for a particular role.

Role-based menus are only available if you are using the v12.02 style.

Using Role-Based Menus

If you have one or more role-based menus assigned to you, you will see a role selector at the top of the menu panel.

  1. If the menu panel is not shown, click.

  2. To change menus, click the selector.

    A selection panel shows the menus that are available to you, and the top-level sections on each menu.

  3. Click a menu to select it.

    The menu panel changes to show the menu you chose.

You can use the menu search above the menu to quickly find functions. The search displays functions that are in the menu you selected first, followed by functions in any other menus you have access to.
