Once a Service Order has been completed by the technician, and Labor and materials have been reviewed, it is ready for billing. Before setting a service order ready for billing, the dispatcher should verify technician input to ensure it will appear correctly on the customer invoice.

  1. From the tree menu, click Service Management -> Visits -> Visit Billing Review and Approval. Select a Service Order that has multiple visits for review.
