Coins ERP+ Testing

Access Coins unit tests all software enhancements and fixes that it releases in either a formal ERP+ release or a service pack. Access Coins does its internal regression testing using a standard SureStart configuration of the software.

Coins ERP+ is a very configurable solution and, as such, it is not possible for Access Coins to test newly introduced software enhancements and fixes against individual customer configurations unless an FCE* is in place. As such, Access Coins strongly recommends clients to thoroughly system test prior to installing any enhancements and updates into a production environment.

For the customer testing process, Access Coins recommends that clients perform integrated testing on all key functions and critical processes in a test environment that mirrors its production environment. This should be completed prior to promoting any upgrades, enhancements, service packs, or fixes into Live.
