Each part of the Service Plan is defined by a “Cycle”. These are set up against each asset. Tasks can then be assigned to the cycles. At the point when due for scheduling - expected next service minus lead time - the associated tasks are created on the asset. The tasks will be added to a job card, and the job card will record which service cycles were actioned. Upon completion, the due flag is reset and the next service date and meter are set.
Navigate to Fixed Assets > FA Asset Workbench.
Select the asset for which you would like to have a cycle set up.
Within the asset record, select Maintenance > Cycles.
