Employee Self Service

Employee Self Service was developed by COINS to allow employees to take care of many different tasks that would otherwise require direct communication with either Human Resources or a manager. Employee Self Service helps save time and money through increased efficiencies.

The COINS Employee Self Service module allows employees to view:

  • Personal Information including Contact Info with the ability to initiate changes to address and direct deposit information.

  • Payroll History, including viewing or reprinting pay stubs.

  • Leave Balances and History, including submitting requests for Leave with approvals and recording other absences.

  • Benefit and Deferral elections.

  • Employee Directory.

  • Team Calendars.

  • Manager approval of requests.

  • Time entry.

In addition to increased productivity, there are many other benefits to considering Employee Self Service for your employees. Employees can access information at any time without having to call or wait for someone help them. Often, employees are more satisfied when they have more control as well as easy access to their personal information.
