New Service Order System Stages

11.12 and Beyond

New Service Order System Stages have been introduced to Service Management in order to provide management of a Service Order as it is being reviewed & approved.

  1. The Service Department stages must be updated for new Service Order to inherit the stages.

3. Other buttons appearing on the new S&D Summary screen:

All Visits Ready For Billing

The All Visits Ready For Billing button on the S&D Summary screen marks all service order visits as Ready for Billing.

Add Comment

The Add Comment button on the S&D Summary screen allows you to add or view service order comments.

Print Service Report - Consolidated

The Print Service Report – Consolidated button on the S&D Summary screen allows you to print the consolidated service report for a service order using a specific form.

Ready For Invoice

The Ready For Invoice button on the Detail Lines screen updates the Service Order Ready For Invoice Stage.
