The Coins ERP+ Human Resources module includes information for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
EAP Menu Item
A Employee Assistance Program menu item is available on the Human Resources > Personnel Workbench > Events tab, as shown below.

EAP Entry Screen
When you select Employee Assistance Program from the Events menu, the EAP screen that appears can be used to enter EAP information.

To enter EPA information, click the Add button at the bottom of the screen to open it in Add mode.

HR Lookup Codes
HR Lookup Codes are available for Category and Provider (EAPCAT and EAPPROV respectively), allowing clients to decide if blank is a valid entry.
