PR Employee Union Fringe and Deduction Report

The PR Employee Union Fringe and Deduction Report allows you to select a union and print the deductions/fringes with a separate page for each employee by period date.

Report Selection Criteria

When you select the Employee Union Fringe and Deduction Report from Payroll > Union Reports, the selection criteria screen appears.

Field Definitions

Field

Description

Period Ending Date

Enter the single Pay Period to be displayed on the report.

Union From/To/Matches

Enter the range of deductions/fringes from the specified union or unions to be displayed on the report.

New Page for Each Employee

Indicate whether you want to see each employee on a separate page.

Include Unposted Periods

Indicate whether you would like to include unposted periods on the report.

Report Layout

The report prints one page per employee per Work Union, sorted by Employee, and displays Union Calculations in use for the specified period (see Figure 2 for a sample report).

Fields included in the report may include the following:

  • Hours S/T = Regular Hours for Union Worked

  • Hours O/T = Overtime Hours for Union Worked

  • Hours D/T = Double time Hours for Union Worked

  • Hours Worked = Sum of Regular + Overtime + Double time hours for Union Worked

  • Hours Paid = Regular Hours + (Overtime Hours x 1.5) + (Double time Hours x 2) for Union Worked

  • Gross Wages = Gross Wages for Union Worked

Calculations used to create the report include the following:

  • One row is shown per Union Calculation with a non-zero value for the employee for the Union for the period.

  • Different effective dates are combined into one row for a single calculation for a pay period.

  • Only Union Calculations are included in the summary; Union Related Pay Calculations are not included.
