In Coins ERP+, Ethnic Codes are Lookup Codes fully definable by the user. In order to use ethnicity correctly for US Payroll and HR Reporting (EEO-1, CC-257), it is IMPERATIVE that the codes be set up as shown below. Any diversion from this setup may cause reports to print incorrectly.
To maintain consistency, Coins ERP+ TI must also be in sync with these codes.
This functionality applies to the US Region only.
How to Set Up Ethnic Codes
In Lookup Codes, add the codes as indicated below.
