Overview
When using Timesheet (TS) Input Groups for payroll processing, Coins ERP+ users can run the PR Missing Timecard Report by TS Input Group Merge Code. This will help determine which employees are missing in their group only.
These changes are for the US and Canadian regions.
Report Selection Screen
Main Tab
The selection screen of the Missing Timecard Report in Payroll > [frequency] > Reports includes Timesheet Input Group Available/Selected Lists on the Main tab, as shown in Report Selection Screen (Regular Period) (for the Regular Period) and Report Selection Screen (Regular Period) (for Future Periods).

Period Type
This field only includes the Period Types (Regular/Adjusting and Future) of the unposted non-MCC (Manual Check Calculator) periods present in Payroll frequency Period Maintenance.
Periods
If the Period Type is set to Regular or Adjusting, the Periods field is hidden, and the available list of Timesheet Input Groups is populated with Regular/Adjusting groups.
If the Period Type is set to Future, the Periods field is available for the entry of a single period or a comma-separated period list. If one of the entered periods is incorrect, an error message is displayed, as shown in Report Error Message.

Employee Selection Tab
The standard Employee Selection tab on the Missing Timecard Report selection screen includes the From/To/Matches selection criteria for the Employee Timesheet Input Group Merge Code, as shown in Timesheet Input Group Merge Code. It is available for US and Canadian regions using Timesheet Input Groups.

Report Layout
The Note column on the Missing TImecard Report informs you whether an employee has entered time cards, or whether time cards exist in a different TS Group not included on the report. Below are sample reports for the Regular period (Report Selection Screen (Regular Period)) and for Future periods (Missing Timecard Report (Future Periods)).

PR Employee Maintenance
The Payroll Employee Maintenance screen includes the From/To/Matches advanced filter for the Employee Timesheet Input Group Merge Code, as shown in Timesheet Input Group Merge Code. It is available for US and Canadian regions using Timesheet Input Groups.
