Previously, the Mobile Time Card Report printed the Disclaimer text once per Technician when the option New Page Per Technician was selected. Otherwise, the Disclaimer text was printed once at the end of the report.
The Mobile Time Card Report now prints timesheet Disclaimer text stored to the left of each daily timesheet signature.
Additionally, a new Show Timesheet Information selection screen option allows more control over what timesheet information is displayed in the report output. The Show Timesheet Information option default is Y, so the report output is not changed unless the default is changed. When Show Timesheet Information is N, the system does not print Start/Stop Times, Status, Signature Date/Time, Signature and Break Comment. The Date value remains as a heading.
