Job Specific Cost Types are used by Jobs in Job Status. Parameter JC/JOBCH allows Jobs to be configured using Job Specific Cost Types. If JC/JOBCH is set to Yes, a field is displayed on the Job file (Allow Non-Standard Cost Types), which allows the Job to accept non-standard cost types.
The Cost Type lookups include Job Specific Cost Type descriptions instead of the standard descriptions if the following are true: the JC/JOBCH is set to Yes, a Non-Standard description is allowed for the Cost Type, and the Cost Type description is overridden for the Job.
Updates have been made to Cost Code lookups in Payroll Timesheet entry, Payroll Redirection, and Payroll Maintenance to include Non-Standard Cost Types.
