Union Summary Report - Selection Screen

When you select the Union Summary Report function in the Union Reports submenu, you are presented with one selection screen, as shown in Report Selection Screen. This screen includes fields as detailed below; they can be tailored to the type of report you wish to create.

Report Type

You must select which report you wish to run: Union Employee Detail Report, Union Summary Report, or Union Timecard Detail Report.

Year

Enter the year to report on.

Reporting Range

This field has two options:

  • Month - If selected, the Effective Date Range field is disabled, and the Report Month and Select the Weeks fields are enabled.

  • Date Range - If selected, the Effective Date Range field is enabled, and the Report Month and Select the Weeks fields are disabled.

Report Month

This field is enabled when you select Month in the Reporting Range field. Select the month you wish to report on.

Effective Date Range

The date range selection appears when you select Date Range in the Reporting Range field. The date range entered should be a Period Ending to Period Ending range. (These dates are the same for a single week.)

Home Union

Select the Union where the employee resides. The current options are: Employee File and Analysis 1 - Analysis 4.

Show NINO

Indicate how you wish to show the NINO on the report: No NINO, Full NINO, or Last 4 Digits.

Show Rates

If this field is ticked, the rates are shown in the Earnings section of the report. Note: Rates for Deductions and Benefits are always shown in the report.

Select the Weeks

This field is enabled when you select a Month in the Reporting Range field. When ticked, the Week 1-6 fields are enabled, in which you can specify the Month and Monthly Calculation Period for each Week.

Union

You can enter one Union or a range of Unions to be reported on. If multiple Unions are entered, the report provides data and totals per Union.

Earning Category

You can enter one Earning Category or a range of Earning Categories to be reported on.
