Validations are performed in Pay Calculation Type Maintenance to ensure the following occurs:
Entered Deductions cannot be reused for other elements (see sample validation error in Additional Deductions Validation).
Entered Prepay Pay Calculations cannot be reused for other elements (see sample validation error in Additional Prepay Validation).
Entered Catch Up Pay Calculations cannot be reused for other elements (see sample validation error in Additional Catch Up Validation).
All other elements (such as Direct Pay, Waiver, Write Off, or Misc Adjustment) can be reused and are therefore not affected by these validations.
